Our factory has 1500mt open die hydraulic press, 2000Mt open die hydraulic press, 3150Mt open die hydraulic press, 6000Mt open die hydraulic press, 12 meter deep shaft heat treatment furnace. Our factory has all kinds of advanced processing machines, such as CNC lathe, CNC boring machine. We could supply final machined parts according to the customers' requirements. 

We have a series of inspection equipments and test appliance, including chemical analysis, metallographic analysis, mechanical property test, charpy impact test, utrasonic test, magnetic article test etc. All of the ingot is melted by LF + VOD furnace. We could choose ESR raw material according to the customers' requirements. 

Forged steel shaft-steam turbine rotor forging is widely used for large or middle scale thermal power equipment enterprise.

The manufacturing equipment is 80~185MN hydraulic press, the forging ratio >4.5,
